Restaurant Balkan in Remscheid

We have been there twice. Generally tasty, but the staff is incredibly unfriendly, make fun of their customers as soon as you notice something and laugh in their faces. It was about the food being terribly salty. We were there shortly before the restaurants closed due to the corona virus and were served by a lady with dark curly hair.

Rarely has roasted meat as well as eaten here. Ambience great, friendly staff, very good price-performance ratio. Will come more often!

We didn't like it (greasy veal schnitzel, steak of poor quality! In the case of constructive criticism, the owner becomes very sluggish!

The food was okay, but if you prefer friendly service, you should go somewhere else.

The meat is perfect on point, highly recommended. And the owner Balkandenis is a real original. I would love to come back.

Well. I would not go there again. The location is nice, but nothing more. You had to wait for the drinks alone for 15 minutes, the salads were served with a ready-made sauce in broken bowls. The food was cold and unseasoned, the rice mushy. In addition, the staff was unfriendly and the orders were rude. Unfortunately I didn't feel well.

I was here for the first time today and have to say that it is a nice cozy restaurant. Condition is friendly and we also got a seat without ordering in advance. The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long.

Very nice atmosphere! Owner Dennis and the staff very friendly! The food was very tasty and we all had (5 people) absolutely nothing to complain about! Everything great ! We all couldn't understand the partially underground reviews! We all felt very comfortable! Always my pleasure !
